Ten Bereaved Mums from all over Australia completed the 6 week online program, “Shifting from Dark Days”

Ten bereaved mothers committed to a 6 week program on Zoom facilitated by CMiG directors Karen and Karol. The mothers were offered a supportive space to discuss their child, their emotions and their losses. With each week they were gently offered techniques to help carry their grief and shift as they were also learning the many ways they could still connect with their child. By the end of the program they felt heard, understood and transformed. They had formed new friendships and bonds and are continuing to grow with each other in a private group chat.
Feedback from one of the mothers who completed the program-
I would highly recommend this course. It has honestly been a life saver for me. The support from this group of mums, led by Karol and Karen has been incredible. We have been thrown a horrific curve ball losing our kids. Everyone in the group is just so normal (or not 😊) Since I lost my son, I have struggled with people actually “getting” my grief”. This group of beautiful girls is my new village.
Connecting Mothers In Grief Healing Day Retreat

A group of our lovely Mums came together for a morning of healing and connection. They had a blissful sound healing with the amazing Soulshine with Niki . They were then treated to a gallery reading with the highly acclaimed medium, Jordie Janes . The readings brought through many healing messages and some happy tears. The morning ended perfectly with coffees and snacks at Parisian Baker in Keilor Rd where everyone was able to have a good chat and make new friends. A big thank you to those who donated their time and services to bring comfort, connection and healing to our community.
